I will definately get to work on your DB. Ive got a couple now to work on that Ive been saving.

just Installed the new version and got an error:
"unable to Retrieve [eventlog]"
and exited

so I ran the database upgrade Utility and now it works, all temperatures are imported correctly... Also the Weatherunderground work just not the humidity.... The Ping feature for checking if my mailserver is on-line works also (the old way) It has been running for 15 minutes now and the Queue did not flood. I will let you know how it runs the next few days, so i'll keep you posted..

update:

tested webserver and my own PSP-pages... ALL's well on the western-front ;-) No executionb Flood until now after 30 minutes running!

update:

after 6 hours running time no queue flooding. Timed events concerning temperatures run OK. Weatherunderground macro runs but GV's are not updated... Have to look into this...

Peter,

Sounds like everything is mostly working. Let me know if you need any help on anything.

well, there is one thing actually: I did a Reinit yesterday and just after that, the queue started flooding again. Once I exited and restarted PH everything went OK... Since then I did a reinit 3 times to test and all 3 times the queue flooded after the reinit...

what could be the isue here?

Peter,

I still have a copy of the DB so I will need to test to try and determine what is wrong. I'll post back here when Ive finished my analysis.

Since then my new version runs smoothly and stable. I've stopped the weatherimports from wunderground because they've completely changed their pages ..oh well... Gonna find a new method for there values to import...

What I do think of the new version is the increase in speed...I have the impression that the new version is faster or am I "seeing things"

Peter,

Be sure and check out the ph_regex??? functions when rewriting the wunderground parsing scripts. Check the board here as there are some samples floating around.

Concerning speed...that is great news. I live in constant fear that Im going to make a change that will effect speed in the wrong direction. Im glad that this time it's an improvement. I wouldnt have expected to see an improvement so it may be your imagination but alot of changes were made in the controller modules and Im hoping that I did streamline it so it may be possible.
