I am also seeing "flagged create" on some new devices that I added a week ago. Any pointers as to what this means if it's not normal?

Tony,

I would probably need to see the DB to know for sure. One of the things Ive worked extremely hard at for the new version is to eliminate this type of problem. Not only will there be a new frontend for Insteon, a great deal of the backend has been rewritten as well for increased robustness.
