I have confirmed that there is definitely a problem with PH talking to the GC WF2IR module. While the GC-100 has been bulletproof for me as well
as others, the WF2IR is just not working reliably.

I will be rewriting this controller (perhaps making it a separate controller so not to mess with the working GC-100) specifically with the WF2IR
in mind.

My IR Blaster is doing the job fine for me now, but it will be nice to know the WF2IR unit will be available for other uses sometime in the future.
