I can't get my setup to read my controller. I put in the com port net id unit id and password and the program will not connect to the pim. Has anyone had this issue?

Hey Dave thank you very much just got around to trying it and it worked! You are a god! I do have another question, I had to reload the program because it got corrupted (this is a purchased copy) but it is asking for my reg. Number i don't have it because i thought it would be part of the purchased product. Any ideas?
