When I try to open the web center from the Control menu
within PH 2.1.5c, it fails to open. It gives a 404 error
but lists the physical path as being at c:\inetpub...
which is the default for IIS. Is there a setting i'm
missing? I am using Windows 10.....

I also notice that the page error shows
http://127.0.0.1:80/ph-cgi/main but I have set port 88
in the web server setup.....
I tried turning the web server off and re-initing and
then turning it back on and re-initing and that didn't
help. Also, I can access the web server fine from the
rest of my network and externally. It only seems to be a
problem from the Control menu item.

Jon,
You just need to set the default home page for the Web Center. It can be anything you want including the default page for the PowerHome webserver.
This is done by manually editing the pwrhome.ini file. Locate the [Web Center] section and then set the "home" parameter to your desired start page (a reinit or restart may be necessary in order for this to take effect) and you should be good to go.
