Hey everyone! We had a bad storm about 2 weeks ago and the power went out several times and fried my 2413U. I ordered a new one and it just came in today. Old one was set to COM 4 and it seems after a factor reset this one defaults to COM 1.
When I try to connect to it PH will just keep failing with Get IM Info command failed for Insteon PLM1. PH doesn't log anything.
Is there anything I can do to figure out why it shows connected but will not display or connect to anything?
I did go in to the devices and change the hardware address from the old to the new, saved it and also download the links, still no go.

Dave,
I would try this first.
COM1 is not a good idea most of the time you would have
built in serial port set to COM1 - I would try setting
back to COM4 you have to first change it in device
manager and then into power home. 2413U is a usb to
serial and requires driver which you should already
have.
