I'm trying to add an I/O Linc to my setup. I have Auto Discovery turned on. The log indicates it was detected but not added. The device may be bad. I have had problems with it in the past. I did reset it to factory default. Since it was not added, is that an indication it is faulty?

This was a false alarm. Turns out even though the auto discovery log indicated the device was not added, it was added.

Glad to hear it was a false alarm. Usually when Auto
Discovery does not add a device, its because it
already exists in the database. What often happens is
that auto discovery adds it and that very first notice
(of it being added) gets missed and the subsequent
attempts all complain of it not being added. Then when
you check the Devices tab, if you forget to manually
refresh the screen, you don't see the device.

Anyways, sounds like its working for you now
  .
 Dave.
