          Hi,

 | My computer crashed on me, and once I restarted Windows, I went to
restart Power-Home. Power-home starts up fine if I do not start the
event timer. Once I start the event timer, the "busy" icon appears and
 Power-Home becomes unresponsive.

If I don't start the event timer, everything else works fine.

 Has anyone seen this before?

 Thanks,

 Tom

What happens if you later enable the time events?

I tried waiting for several minutes, and then when I start the timer, it hangs.

I'll wait a day to see if things settle out, but I am not hopeful.

 Thanks!

This was am issue with previous versions. What happened was that events happened in the past (before the current date/time) it would cause PH to get confused. I'm sure Dave can explain all the details if you're interested.

Dave made a couple fixes to fix this issue. Probably if you install the current version, 2.1.5d, you'll see this issue go away. I have not seen this issue since Dave fixed it.

I recommend that you move to the current version if you're not there.

I would upgrade to R2.1.5C as it is pretty stable.... As I recall there was some latent timer issues with 1.2.5A
