I am trying to manage an Insteon installation that has many problems. I have most of them straightened out and took some measures to trouble shoot communications issues.

Yesterday and today after running a system status scan I get a device with a Negative event 03 value of -428.57. I have included a screen shot of the report.



This just started yesterday and I am not sure what it means. There aren't any other devices (yet) that create these types of values. Any ideas?
