It is a Win7 problem, that I know now...

The CID triggering appeared when I went to Win 8 and had to
upgrade my modem. I run 64 on the failing machines but did
not have the problem until Win 8 Pro. VSP may be a 64 bit
problem on Win 8 as it does work on one of my 32 Win 8s.
