Using PH on Windows 10 pro, having problems with Insteon
powerlinc V2 2414 USB where PH Message- "ISRESPONDING failed
for PLC powerlinc V2". Has anybody had the same problem? If
so, are there any solutions to this problem?

1) Has the controller been setup in the controller section?

Next,

2) Have you set up the Insteon PLC/PLM in the Insteon "Setup" area? "Clear" the PLC/PLM database and then "Add Full".

Insteon has had a fair number of early device failures (all types). I have replaced easily over 50 devices over my years with Insteon. Is it possible that youe PLC is dead?

Thank you for your message. Yes the controller is setup in
Controller. I tried your suggestion but it still fails. I
know the unit is working ok, I have been using it on my
Windows 7 PC and it works fine. If you think of any other
suggestion would be greatly appreciated...
