 |  Ive had this happen as well and havent been able to isolate it either.  I swear Microsoft is going to cause me to have a stroke  . If I can't isolate the fault, I will change the way the help is launched in the next version.  The current version is launched using the Microsoft ActiveX control so that I can later support context sensitive help.  I can also launch the help using a "run" command.  Seems to work everytime but lose the additional features such as the context sensitivity.
