Oohkay, now that I'm hip on creating my links :)

I've got a timer that is controlling an ApplianceLinc, and because a Keypadlinc can also control the same ApplianceLinc, I'm guessing the best way to keep everyone in sync is to create a group in the PLC and use that in the timer.

The thing is, I can't get my PLC group to work. Here's what I've done:
1) Insteon Explorer -> PLC Groups. Create a new Group (123) controlled by MAIN.
2) On the Links tab, I select the PLC device, and add my ApplianceLinc (soon to be others, but for now, just testing with this) as a responder. I set the group of the responder to 123.

That should do it, no? When I attempt to control the group from the PLC Groups tab, nothing happens, though I can see the commands going out in the SDM Log.

Any thoughts? Am I creating the PLC Groups incorrectly?

UPDATE: I was pretty sure I did the link correctly -- so I decided just to uninstall and completely reinstall PH. I had also been playing around with demos of other products and not sure if something got screwy in the meantime.

I only have 4 devices right now so it's a breeze to set up -- at any rate, with PH reinstalled, there was some goofiness in getting the SDM part running, but the point is, now it seems to be working!
