Hello,
my Device Control isnt showing my lamplincs.
is there any way to refresh it?
its just showing partial list of devices i have.

Are they setup in PH Explorer --> Devices --> X-10 --> Units

Gustavo,
Check and make sure that none of your LampLincs are set with a device type that has "(Control Only)" in the type description.

Yes!! Control Only was enable for lamplincs 3 Pin.
