I am using my SmartHome 2411 IR Link infrared receiver to control various home theater scenes from different button presses on my remote. I want different on-ramp rates for different scenes, but right now they all come on at the same rate.

Is it possible in a Macro entry to make an Insteon light come on at a specified ramp rate (for that macro and different for another macro) regardless of its local setting?

If so what would the macro line entry look like?

Can the 2411 control groups?

If so, the easiest way would be to set up a group for those lights, set the On levels and ramp rates, and then turn on the group.
