I found this handy util today while searching for a way to programmatically reboot Windows 2000...

A geat part of this nifty command-line util is the sound control (like Dave's Volume, but, it also does muting and handles the system volume and wave volume separately.

That is a pretty slick little util.

BTW, setting and reading the system volume is built into the next version of PH.  I'll see about adding mute functionality as well.
