HI all,
I want to edit the web server COntrol Center that are loaded form the web server.
For example in the PowerHome Explorer under Setup and then Web it says that the server points to
/ph-cgi/controlcenter?
for the Control Center.
How do I edit this Html file? I cant seem to find it anywhere.
[Solved below problem, I needed to put the new image file in the backgrounds folder]
Also, when I change the background image of my COntrol Center tabs, they dont show up when using the web server from remote computers or even when I use 127.0.0.1 from teh local computer. Is ther ea size limit (in kB) or something?
Anything helps!
Craig

Try accessing via /ph-cgi/ccmap and let us know how it goes.

Craig,
Any page beneath the /ph-cgi/ is an internally generated page from within PowerHome and cannot be edited like a standard HTML page. In the case of the Control Center, you would edit the CC page using the internal design tool. Any changes made to the CC from within PowerHome would then showup on the web the next time the page was refreshed.
Depending upon what you're trying to accomplish, there may be another way to do what you want. Let me know what your goal is and I might be able to come up with a solution.
Dave.

I have been making changes to the CC and they do show up through web control, which is great. The only problem I have is that I dont like the "Main" at the top left and the tabs next to it. I use a n810 as a remote control around the house and its kinda a waste of 75px. I want to move them into the control center area, allowing the buttons in my control center to switch tabs and go back to the main page. I want MY CC Background to cover the whole 800x480 screen I have on my n810.

Craig,
I may already have you covered. You'll want to investigate the "flags" parameter in conjunction with your /ph-cgi/controlcenter command. I copied the below from a previous post of mine...
These are all the valid values for the FLAGS parameter. Just add them all together for the desired set of features:
1 = Reload
2 = Dont include a link back to PH Main
4 = Dont show CC tabs
8 = Use phcc.css for style sheet
16 = Use href vs JS onclick
32 = ???
64 = No scrollbars
128 = Dont include X and Y parameters
There is also an additional parameter named TYPE. Just append &type=X to your URL to make use of this. The TYPE parameter can have a value from 0 to 3 (they don't get added together).
type=0 - Default. Opens the main 2 Frame CC window. The main frame displays the CC page (type=1) and the 2nd frame (hidden) is where the CC button output goes.
type=1 - Display the main CC page in the 2 frame CC page (type=0).
type=2 - Instead of using frames, create a pop-under window to direct CC button output to.
type=3 - Don't create frames or pop-unders. Use just a standard single page. This means that all button presses will also cause a refresh of the CC page.
So to get rid of the link back to "Main" and the other CC tabs, just use: http://xx.xx.xx.xx/ph-cgi/controlcenter?id=YOURCCID&flags=6
HTH,
Dave.

Good Show Mr. Howard. You are quite correct and it works excellently. I appreciate the help!
I ended up doing http://xx.xx.xx.xx/ph-cgi/controlcenter?id=MYCCID&flags=6&ty pe=3, cuz i've read around the forums that type 3 is needed for refresh of buttons when you have status macros(which I plan on having).

Is there a way to use flags=16 with the main index page?
I'd like to see the href for all the on & off buttons on
http://PH-ip-address/ph-cgi/main
Thanks,
Manny
