I've been playing with TonyNo's GET WEATHER macro
and I want to make a history of the last 12 hours of temperatures, air pressure, and humidity. These values are collected every hour.

When I have a history of these values I can make a basic forecast of my own. All values are stored in GV's but also in Virtual Analog.

to make a forecast, I calaculate the difference between the values....

How do I start with this without having to reinvent weatherforecasting?

This sounds like fun... I don't have answers, but I'll try to spur conversation:

Where are you stuck? Are you trying to _get_ the values; are you trying to store the values, or are you trying to compare the values?

If you can describe how far you've gotten and where you need to go next, perhaps we can find some answers.

Here's what I've done thus far:

the pressure-values are stored in a current GV named press and the history is stored in GV presshist1 through presshist10 in hectoPascal...

If the pressure drops, then bad weather can be expected, so I would like to "invent" a formula or calculation which sees if the pressure rised the last hours or was lower then the current pressure...
I could calculate the difference between each history value and the current pressure and
add the minusses and plusses with each other and if the outcome is + then good weather is expected , when - the brace yourself... The same for temperature and humidity....

Is this a good hypotheses?
