Any recommendations on a device and/or approach to
controlling PH from the backyard?

I have a number of iTunes-related macros that I currently
run from a KPL inside the house. I'd love to duplicate
the functionality in a weatherproof station on the back
deck.

Anyone have a recommendation for a device - preferably
Insteon but it doesn't have to be, I suppose - that I can
install outside and use it to send a couple of different
signals that PH will see and act on?

I can tap into AC lines so it can be a wired solution.

Thanks for any thoughts!

I have Insteon switches installed in weather proof flip up boxes on the back porch and dock. The one on the dock has been there for more than 5 years with no adverse affects from temp/humidity (NC so no extreme cold as would be found up North but very high temps with high humidity). No direct experience with a KPL in a similar situation but I would think it would work. You can always carry a RemoteLinc to the deck. Rather large device but I have good range with my RemoteLincs. With six On and Off commands with explicit button press that offers a far amount of control.
