I happened to find Dave's Powerhome 2.1.2 beta post and downloaded that version. Upgrade went fine but I have an error with the webserver. Doing some research there are some fixes to register the controls, but on my new Win 7 install it won't register, says the files don't exist.
Doing more research there is a post with 2.1.3 and 2.1.4 files in the original 2.1.2 beta forum post. And when I check the powerhome website it only has 2.1b available. I am really confused. I have no idea which is the most recent version. I would assume the web page is the best place to get it, but it seems out of date.
Help please.

Version 2.14 is the latest.
You have to install the 2.12 version, then you can apply the updates to
go straight to 2.14. Don't fool with 2.13, it can be skipped over.
