Is it possible to setup a KPL in such a way that when
button 3 is turned on, buttons 4, 5 & 6 can be forced to
turn off?

Sure. If it is an I2CS KeypadLinc, not under current Powerhome.   Release 2.1.5 should have that support, there is no estimate when that will be available.   If it is an older KPL try the Insteon Explorer | KPL Config tab.    That should work if not an I2CS device.

They are sometimes referred to as operating as Radio Buttons or Mutually Exclusive buttons. Note that the function is only controlling the button LEDs. The devices controlled by buttons 4,5,6 are not directly affected by the KPL LED button behavior.
