Hi,
I purchased PowerHome in April 2005 but have had a recent hard drive crash and subsequently need to reinstall things.

I had saved the files pwrhome.db and ph1036.db and I have these available on another drive. I have downloaded and installed PowerHome version 1.03.4.4.

This version of PowerHome is not recognizing my original registration key and I am having difficulty importing the original database. For the database, I am receiving an error regarding the version difference and for the registration key, it's telling me the key is invalid.

What can I do to get things running again?

Thanks,
Lloyd Barnhill

Lloyd,

Not a problem, Ive emailed you as well with the text posted below:

If you're not interested in recovering your database, you can just go ahead and email me your new reg code and I'll send you the unlock key.

If you'd like to recover your data, I can probably help you through it or worse case, you can email me your database and I'll upgrade it for you.

Have you tried running the Database upgrade utility?

Dave.
