Dave,
I just wanted to give you some feedback. I asked a lot of questions this week, and you all were amazing at answering them very fast. You even added support for custom features the SAME DAY I asked for them.
Your product has something that the competitors will never have: amazing customer support. Thank you for all the time you put into supporting PowerHome.
I just purchased my very own copy, and am excited about what the future will bring to my HA server.
Thanks a ton,
- jason

Jason,
Appreciate the feedback and the compliments. I always try to provide as much help as I can. But don't be fooled however, sometimes I don't get a chance to monitor the board for several days (if Im deep into development). However, I always come back and eventually followup and of course we've got a wonderful, growing user base of very talented PowerHome users who always love to help.
Also, appreciate the purchase . From your questions, I can tell you're more of a technical nature and I always appreciate gaining support from the programming types. It helps keep me on my toes as well as providing us some new features such as the UDP support.
Once again, welcome to the PowerHome community and hope you have a great HA experience.
Dave.

My trial just ran out. I also just purchased the software for reasons like narc mentioned above.
I haven't even began to tap in to the other features that PowerHome provides. I simply use it for Insteon maintenance and backup.
Thanks for all of your help Dave, your software is excellent.

Gatchel,
Thanks, I appreciate the comments and purchase as well.
Let us know when you're ready to take the next step from simply Insteon Maintenance and backup and we'll be more than happy to help you out.
Dave.

Still on trial but I will also purchase Powerhome. This is the only system I could have working with 2814U and legacy X-10 units for dimming. This system is really powerfull and very complete compared to any other ...
I had problems ( all related to me )... but for supporting us, Dave is even better than his powerhome. Thanks again Dave !

I made the purchase over a year ago and I'm still finding new tricks I can do.
You're dead on narc, the support you get here is phenomenal! Even if Dave is up to his eyeballs in code theres still a lot of others on the board that usually jump in with a quick solution. (yea, I'm lookin at you TonyNo. lol)
This board is a support community that no other company could PAY to have in place.
