Hi! - I have to swap out a defective 8-button wireless keypad.
Normally I
would just change the address in "Devices". Save, Rebuild, and
Reinit.
But I thought I read somewhere that I2CS doesn't work that way, so
maybe i have to
1) change the name of the old one
2) add the new one as new with the name i want (like I'm adding a
new one from scratch).
3) Reinit so the names line up.
Thoughts? Thanks!

My experience is to just replace the address and check the check box
that says treat as new. It will then automatically detect the switch type
and such.
