I just installed a SocketLinc and wanted to set the local level to 1 so the module wouldn't turn itself on every time the power flickers. Made the cahange and everything was fine except the ramp rate was very slow (probably bumped the local set switch when I was screwing it in).

PowerHome already showed the local ramp rate as 31 so I decided to scan the module DB to see what it is was really set to... but after the scan it still said 31! (yes I refreshed the screen).

So I set the local ramp rate to 30 and it was fast again. Set it back to 31 and it was still fast... so here are my questions:

1- Can PowerHome read the X-10 and local information out of a module database? Can I find out what the current settings are if PH did not set them?

2- If X-10 and local data gets changed without PowerHome knowing, can PowerHome be told to just refresh the module with the X-10 and local information from the PH database?

3- If PH thinks the local ramp rate is 31 but it isn't, is there any way to send a "set to 31" without first setting it to something else and then setting it back? In other words does the value in the PH database have to change before a change is transmitted to a module?
There is no way to just refresh the current settings?
