When I launch PH I get a dialog box that says I need to update my database from 1.02.1 to 1.02.2, were would I find such a thing?

Also the Upgrade utility tells me PH is running (and it is NOT)

Bob,

The upgrade utility is in the PowerHome folder under the Start / Programs menu.  Judging from your second message, you've found it but are probably launching it from an Explorer window.  The Upgrade utility is searching for any window that is labeled "PowerHome" and if you are launching from an Explorer window, it will have this label.  Close this window and instead launch the upgrade utility from the PowerHome folder.
