I have a 3 story town house (roughly 1700 sqft) and I would like to take advantage of the voice activation features in PH.
Any ideas, tips or suggestions on how I would mic different floors and areas to get this to work?
Thanks in advance,
michael

I've tried it but never came up with anything that worked better than 50%. It actually was annoying. On the other hand I use voice announcements all day long.

You might try asking this question on cocoontech.com They do talk about voice activation there sometimes.

Check out this site:

He uses HAL, but I'm sure it could be adapted for PH.

Nice, I think the input mixer portion was the part I was having trouble getting my head around, and the x-10 controllable relay for output is a nice touch!

Looks like I'm going to be getting in to a huge project soon

Thanks
