I was remoted into a PH installation I maintain to do some maintenance this morning and ran into a problem.

I was taking care of some fragmented links and everything worked fine. I went to the PLM and found there were still some fragments so I selected to "rebuild" the plm and nothing happened. Now ALL links are flagged "Create" but the rebuild isn't doing anything. I have tried multiple times to force a rebuild but it just stares at me with this dumb look on its face.

I tried doing a re-init, exited and restarted PH but still nothing. Do I need to go on-site to reset the PLM?

Duh, the PLM was disabled in devices...
