I have one insteon light that will response to ALL ON/OFF, it will respond if I individually toggle it from power home, but it will not respond if it is a part of a linked group. All the rest of the lights in the group respond but it. Anyone had any experience like this? Thanks.

What type of Insteon device is not responding? What type is the Controller?

The All ON/OFF uses a special Insteon Group number so it does not have the same dependency on link record content as a specific Group command.

Controlling from PH (toggle On/Off) is not using link records at all.

It sounds like a link record problem. What values are defined in the Group and Button columns for the link between the Controller and Responder that is not working?
