PowerHome is stuck trying to delete a link in the PLM.
DELETE LINK: Group 0, Ctlr PLMCTLR1 (18.BA.12), Resp
(25.CB.51).
I have tried restarting PH and unplugging the PLM.
This has never happened before so not sure what to do.

Moniputer,
If PowerHome is stuck on a problem link,
just remove it in the links tab by
highlighting it and the pressing the
remove button. This will delete it
directly from the database and should
clear the hang.
Dave.

Dave,
That doesn't seem to work. PH is still stuck.
I have a backup database so going to restore it and try
again.
Thanks,
Joe

What do you mean by stuck? With 2.1.5C if you unplug the PLM or define the wrong Com Port PH will lock up with an Auto Message box that requires Task Manager to get rid of it. If that is the case then I would suspect you have a PLM connection problem. The "stuck" problem I am referring to is not Windows version dependent.

Sorry, PH is still functioning it just can't delete the
link and won't process any more link/un-link commands.
I used a backup database and it's fine now.

Go to C:POWERHOME and double click PHUPG and it should rebuild your DB. Sometimes it will fix problems. If that doesn't fix it them you may have to email your db to Dave and he might find the root cause.
