My database backup timed event hasn't been working, so Itried it from the editor, and the result equates to 4, which the help file says is a SQL error. That's not my major issue right now.

I downloaded the latest phupg and ran that against my databse file. Now when I start PowerHome, it is asking me for a new name, or whatever it asks for when starting for the first time. This is v 1.03.4.9 which has been running Ok for the past couple of weeks.

Of course I made a copy of the database before running the upgrade util, and haven't put it back yet. Has anyone seen this error before?

Edit: The copy I made performs the same way, and so does the backup copy the phupg program made. Help! What do I do???

For some unexplained reason (that means I havent been able to find it...yet), the PowerHome database can "forget" the registration info. No worries though, just re-register using your original reg name and re-enter your matching unlock code and you'll be good to go. No other info will be missing.

HTH,

Dave.
