Hi,
I'm having a problem with getting the "on" insteon command to work in my macros.
If I use the "on" command by itself from the other windows, it works fine.
If I use "fast on" in the macro instead of "on" it works fine.
It's happening with all 3 of my devices. They all show 100% comms success.
I'm getting an ack from the device. I don't have the exact text here, but the interesting note is at the end of the ack it says "On at Off" instead of "On at On" as a normal ack would.
Any clues?
B

You need to put a number (1-255) in the last field that's labeled "Send Keys/TTS/Dim/Formula" when you use Insteon ON rather than Insteon FAST ON. The number represents the brightness level.

I think that you would need to read and store the level before changing it if you want to do that.
