I guess you need to make sure that you can receive the image on your phone.
I have AT&T and have not found a way to do it, so I just save the image to a file in my ph web folder.

ph_sendemailfile("todd@thehannemannweb.us", "Basement Security Cam Photo", "Basement Security Cam Photo","C:\cameras\basement.jpeg")
I have tried with and without the quotes and it responds with an error in my formula.... As in the help menu it should have a 0 if OK or 1 if there is a email error.... I get an ! (formula error)

OK, I just had a typo. After fixing that, it worked.
I just copied your formula and changed things to match my system.
Make sure you set up the email variables [DIALUPUSER] and [DIALUPPASSWORD].

I am now getting a 2 response... I'm almost there. Not on dial up so it should just send... (or do I still need to set these?)

Heh. Don't think about the dial-up part. Legacy verbiage, I guess!
My error 2 was the file path being incorrect.

Are you 100% sure that, "C:\cameras\basement.jpeg" is correct? Maybe .jpg instead?

You may want to use ph_sendsmtpemailfile instead. This uses SMTP instead of MAPI and will eliminate the need for an email client or the possibility of the "Allow program to send email" type of message that pops up.
HTH,
Dave.
