Is there a way to trigger an event with an X10 ALL OFF.

Well, I do this with Insteon:
I set up a trigger to look for a 255 trigger ID Number and a Off 0x13 Trigger ID from a controlinc. Works great.

Thanks Skip, I was hoping to find a way with one of my old X10 control boxes with the ALL OFF button. The work around so far is to use an HC/UC from 1 to 16.

Pete,

If this is incoming X10, then you should be able to do a trigger.

Just use "X-10 In", the House code you interested in, "Any (Before Buffer)", and either "All Units Off" or "All Lights Off".

HTH,

Dave.

On this subject... Is there a way to craete a timed event that sends an X10 house code A all off command? I'm sure it has to be fairly easy to be done, but I cant figure it out..

Thanks

This should work.

Create a Timed Event of type Formula and make the formula...

ph_x10( "YourControllerID", "A", 100, 0 )
