hi all,

I'm really new at Power-Home, please help me get started.

I have a PowerLinc Controller 1132CU, and a 3 pin grounded appliance module AM466. How can I control an appliance via Power-Home (just to turn it on or off)??

and can this be done through a Windows command-window through system calls?

thanks!

PowerLinc's are not so hot at running X10, but give it a go in your environment.

Have you looked through the Quick-Start doc?

On the Download page are a couple programs that will talk to PH when on the same machine or over a network.

yes, the x-10 part is working now. I can turn the appliance on and off via the palm pad. However the Command Line Controller won't run. It says "An error occurred while trying to retrieve registration information....General Error: Connection was terminated."

is there a manual for this command line controller?
