In setting up Triggers to synchronize my various KPLs
and multi-way switch status lights instead of having to
link them all, I want to track sync'd units as
reasonably as possible but hate to keep sending
ph_getinsteonlevelrt commands all the time to keep comm
traffic down.

If things track reasonably well, I'd just as soon use
the ph_getinsteonlevel command but when is it updated?

Specifically when a devices changes state (on/off/dim)
is the PH data base status also changed, or does the db
wait for the next poll of the device (which might be
several minutes later)?

When I turn a light on, I'd like for the KPL button and
multi-way switches also linked thereto to track the
light's status. Clearly the real-time level check I can
fire from a Trigger will do it, but it seems overkill if
the db is itself updated by the device status change(in
which case the non RT level check command is quite
adequate).
