So far during my trial of PH I have realized that there is a divide between programmers and non-programmers. I'm certainly not a pc programmer but I have had some experience in my past life. It seems that there is some middle ground for folks like me that have just enough information to be deadly. I seem to remember a post by Gadgetguy that showed a "program" if you will, made up of several formulas, macros...etc. If this is the case, I feel it would greatly enhance the ability of the non-programmers to better use the abilities of PH. Maybe there should be more of an emphasis on this topic, more examples? Please advise.

Yep.. You’re not alone.  There is a very common theme on this subject. The problem has been, from my prospective, who has the time to devote to putting a very in detail guide together. Meanwhile while most of us, as new comers, are in the quagmire we manage to find our way out with help from folks in the forum. In time we build the experience it takes and things start to come together. I know this doesn’t solve the problem but might offer a little light at the end of the tunnel.
