Is there any way, using Powerhome, to convert INSTEON into RS232? Specifically, I need to convert INSTEON to 57Kbaud RS232 to control the NUVO Grand Concerto.

Indirectly. You could set up some Insteon triggers that initiate sending strings to a serial port.
