I have purchased five new 2852-222 leak detectors to replace very old units, some of which have been soaked doing their job and are unreliable. The five new units have been installed into the Device table of PH and none of them have ever called home. All have COMM Counts in the hundreds and ACKs and NAKs are all zeros. Are these now using some protocol that the current version of PH does not support or any other reason?
