I have done some searching...but came up dry...

When my system has "problems", I sometimes direct it to page me or send a text message via the high speed internet connection. Lately, I am having a few minor issues with my internet modem (I'll fix that seperately).

Has anyone found a way to have PH use the telephone voice modem and have it speak TTS messsage over the telephone (telephone line would be the backup to the internet connection)?

In looking over the various CID threads, it looks like this challenge has yet to be overcome. Thoughts?

I assume you want to call out and when the other end goes off hook you then want to TTS a message. If that’s the case I don’t know if anyone has tried that scenario. CID is referencing incoming calls. I’m working on TTS incoming and if I can do that there may be a way to implement AT commands for outgoing. Maybe Tony will chime in as he has done a lot of work in this area.
