I'm helping my neighbor install some Insteon devices and PH in his house. We got a 2413U PLM device to let PH talk to the devices. Can someone tell me what settings on the controllers tab I should be using to get it to work properly? It's been so long since I set my system up, plus I have an older PLC so I don't know how that will change how I need to config it new.

We have the controller type selected as an Insteon PLM right now. It seems like it's kind of working, we're able to auto discover devices, and I can turn them on and off from the devices tab, but when I try to set a desired level and ramprate it never converts it over to the local levels columns, and under pending operations there seems to be stuck polling requests (I forget the exact phrase it says) for each device that never disappear. So something isn't right, but I can't figure out what.

Thanks.

There is an Enable Pending check box in the upper left corner of Insteon Explorer that allows the background updates to run. Until that is checked all the device updates are sitting in the pending queue.

Note that some devices require a power cycle for the Local On Level and Local Ramp Rate to take effect. Responder On Level and Ramp Rate do not require a power cycle.
