This was an issue before updating to 2.1.5, so I doubt it's related to the update. Just happens I finally started really messing with it after the update :)
This is what I'm getting: Link
I've got it set to SAPI5 and plain old Microsoft Mike as the voice. I have SAPI5 installed and ran the installer from the 2.1.5 thread for the SAPI5 support for PowerHome. Running on Server 2012r2 and I'm able to use SAPI to make the computer talk using PowerShell, so that part should be working.
Just testing it out I have a macro called Test I called that has a single line:
10, TTS, Hello
And the error again, mainly so searches can find it :)
"An error occurred while processing the execution queue. Resetting execution queue and trying again."
"Error Number: 35"
"Object Name: uo_tts_sapi5"
"Class: uo_tts_sapi5"
"Routine Name: f_speak"
"Line: 3"
"Text: Error calling external object function speak at line 3 in function f_speak of object uo_tts_sapi5."

I had the same problem, and Dave told me to re-install the SAPI5 driver and it fixed my issue.
Dave said:
One thing to try when you get a chance. Download and install the PowerHome SAPI 5 setup from here: http://www.power-home.com/download/sapi5setup.exe.
Maybe the SAPI5 driver needs to be installed after PH 2.1.5???? Dunno.....
I could get TTS to work outside PH, but not inside PH. After I re-installed the driver, it all works for me now.

Hmm, I tried that when I saw he told you to do it, but I'll give it another shot. I'll try uninstalling it all first this time, see if that makes a difference :)

*facepalm* Ok, got it.
I apparently had SAPI4 and SAPI5 installed. I uninstalled both and reinstalled 5, apparently Microsoft Mike is a SAPI4 voice, because he's no longer in my list of voices
No more errors, no I just gotta wait until I get home today to see if I'm actually getting sound coming through. Also messed up in that I needed "quotes" around the word in the Macro, through a different error (but not the critical halting type) when I tried "speaking" after the uninstall/reinstall routine.
Thanks gg
