I turned on discover mode, and put one of the buttons on my ControLinc into learn mode, turned it off and exited discover mode and refreshed, but the control doesn't appear in the devices list. Am I doing something wrong?

I don't think so...my ControLinc was the one device that I couldnt "auto discover" either. Looking at the SDM log, it doesnt appear to put any signal on the line.
I mentioned this in the phinsteon.rtf file but it's good to get confirmation that I wasnt the only one.
Anyways, I don't think the ControLinc communicates this signal as it can only be a set to be a controller and not a responder. For the ControLinc, just enter it manually.
