I can't seem to resolve an issue I am having using TTS and VR at the same time. My setup has TTS using SAPI5 with Loquendo voice. My VR engine is Dragon Naturally speaking 9.51 which I assume is using SAPI4.

Both engines are working properly in PH and I am able to hear TTS voice and issue commands using the VR engine.

The problem is that when the TTS is speaking, it gets picked up by the VR engine and so it gets confused. Using ph_vrdisable doesn't help, all it does is stop PH from interpreting but does not stop Dragon's VR engine from processing the voice it hears thru the loadspeakers from the TTS. As a result the VR engine starts queuing nonsense in its buffer as it is not trained for the TTS voice.

Is there any way to issue a command via PH to the VR engine to disable the microphone or stop interpreting and then re-enable it when the TTS has finished speaking? I am assuming this would be thru a SAPI command.Any help would be appreciated.
