Last week i installed ph2 and added all my insteon devices manually. tested each one and they all work (except the 7 buttons on my kpl - #1 works but not the others yet) and the ezio. but thats another issue...lol
my question is i have 14 pending operations that dont seem to be going away and all my lights on each insteon devices are constantly blinking. (like i said for over a week now)
shouldn't these pending operations be completed by now?

Assuming Enable Pending is checked the pending operations should be processed. You may have the Status Scan option also set which causes all the devices to be constantly scanned for status and updates. I would suggest not running with the Status Scan option set.
You need to link the other KPL buttons for them to be able to trigger events or be controlled through Group commands. Powerhome2 does not automatically create links for the additional buttons.

Thank you,
yes the Enable Pending is checked and yes the status scan option was checked. I uncheck it and reinitialize and it automatically gets checked again... any thoughts?
the level/ramp/x10 scan automatically gets checked too.
should update on ack be checked?

After unchecking Status Scan, click on Save PLC/PLM Settings, then Exit PH2. I think just clicking on the Save Settings will save the current settings but Exiting does not hurt anything. I do not run with Update on ACK.
The Level/Ramp/X10 scan has no affect unless doing a Status Scan to begin with. The Local Level/Ramp/X10 requires additional Insteon commands to retrieve that information beyond what is done for a normal Status Scan.

Are you on 2.1b. When I click Save PLC/PLM Settings I get a popup window asking to confirm the action that the new settings will become permanent on the next start or restart. When I Exit and restart PH2 the new settings are in effect. If that is not the way your 2.1b is acting I have no suggestions.

You might go to Setup-Controllers-Settings and uncheck them there and then do a Re-Init.

Yes im on 2.1b. Pete got it, it was checked off under the setup-controllers-settings. I unchecked it, clicked save and restarted ph. It stayed uncheck.
Thank you very much for all your help!!!
