Dave,
FYI,
Over the summer, my XP system had been running for many (over 6) months without booting. Who-Hoo!!! After about 6 months, I noticed that the ph_windowsuptime_s was returning over 500 days of up-time (it should have been more like 200-ish days) and incrementing about 20 days per calender day. I have since rebooted my system, and the count is lower than 128 and it's been reporting correctly so far. I'm continuing to monitor this. When something definitive happens, I'll advise you. Of course, when I'm home, I reboot the system every few weeks for various reasons.
In the mean time, I'd invite you to do a quick check for a long/short/int casting type of issue if the value is over 128 or 256 days.
(Just another thing to add to the list.....)
Thanks.
