I've enjoyed using the TSS time announcement and the weather announcement macros that were provided on this board. In the morning, PowerHome announces the time and weather every hour on the hour. When my wife goes to the basement to use the treadmill TSS wishes her a good run and gives her the time and weather, as well. As of yesterday, I now can point any remote control in the house at an IR receiver and press a button and PowerHome will announce the time and or weather at any time. Lots of fun! By the way I've decided to standardize on the Harmony 680 remote control because it's a full function learning remote that's easy to use. I also decided to use voice announcements together with remote controls throughout the house instead of touch pads or similar devices becasue it is less expensive and easily expandable and flexible.

In that vein, I would like to be able to announce movie times for local theatre's using the remotes. Unfortunately I am not that far along in learning the PH functions that I can write a screen scraper such as the one used for weather.

This is a long winded way of asking if anyone has written a macro that gets local movie times from a site such as moviefone and announces them and would be willing to share it on this board.

Thanks!

Not I, yet.

Would you want all the times for all the movies at a particular theater, or do you not frequent a megaplex?

I was actually thinking of all the relevent times (depending on the time of days you were inquiring about)in all the local theaters, even the multiplex ones.

I probably wont get a chance to before the next beta is released, but if someone else doesnt come up with something before then, I'll take a crack at it.

Dave.
